MEN’S SIZE GUIDE
To work effectively, it’s important that your underwear fits snugly. We strongly advise that you measure yourself before ordering, rather than just guessing. Our sizing categories (S, XL etc) are based on the same international standards as Calvin Klein underwear and can be used as a general guide, but actual measurements are more likely to result in the perfect fit. Many of our new customers like to buy one pair to trial in the privacy of their home, then once they know they’ve got the right size and absorbency they come back to buy multiple pairs.

Our sizing categories (S, XL etc) are based on international standards and can be used as a general guide, but actual measurements are more likely to result in the perfect fit. Which absorbency is right for me?
ABSORBENCY GUIDE
Our Everyday Absorbency underwear offer light protection against minor drips and dribbles throughout the day, for example when you sneeze, cough or lift something heavy. For women they are perfect on light period days.
Our Extra Absorbency underwear offer superior protection when you need a little more reassurance – recommended for moderate
bladder leakage

To provide transparency and guidance in a largely unregulated industry characterised by unsubstantiated absorbency claims, we commissioned leading international standards company UL Laboratories to subject our products and competitor products to stringent testing. HOW DO WE MEASURE UP?
Wondering how our underwear compare to disposable products? We commissioned independent standards testing laboratory UL* to test them against leading single-use paper products. Here's where they fit on a scale of absorbency.

How do I look after my Confitex?
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Our leakproof absorbent products can be hand or machine washed just like your ordinary laundry – and if you don't have the time or inclination to hang them on the washing line you can safely pop them in the tumble dryer instead without impacting their leakproof performance (the plastic layer in other brands tends to shrink and warp in the dryer, leading to leaks). They can also be dried in an airing closet or on an indoor drying rack or heated towel rail. They’ll take about the same amount of time to dry as a pair of thick sports socks. Turn underwear inside out before washing and drying.
Wash and dry before use to activate fibres for full absorbency. Rinse after use then wash on delicate cycle below 40°C/105°F, or hand wash separately if you prefer. Do not bleach, do not use fabric conditioner, do not dry clean. Dry away from direct sunlight or tumble dry on low heat. For further instructions see our FAQs.
When will they arrive?
DELIVERY + RETURNS
DOMESTIC ORDERS
For orders over £78, shipping within the UK (including Northern Ireland) is free.
For orders under £78, shipping within the UK (including Northern Ireland) is £5.90.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 tracked. When your order is dispatched, an email will advise you of your tracking number, so you can monitor its delivery. For up-to-date information regarding the Royal Mail delivery schedule please visit their service alerts page or click the tracking link in your dispatch notification email.
We will do everything we can to get your products to you in a timely fashion. We aim to have orders dispatched from our UK warehouse within one working day. Please allow an estimated delivery time of five working days (items may take longer to get to you during busy periods and public holidays). Please be aware that disruptions to supply chains as a result of natural disasters, extreme weather events, pandemics and/or industrial disputes, which are beyond Confitex’s control, may further delay deliveries.

FOR ALL ORDERS
Our deliveries arrive in discreet plain packaging or courier bags.
Please ensure that you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. Note that a physical street address is required and that PO Box or Private Bag numbers are not accepted.
We strongly recommend that you select Route Package Protection at checkout so you can track your delivery throughout its journey and/or raise a claim if it has been lost, stolen or damaged. Confitex cannot accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged orders if you choose not to take up this option.
If you have added Route package protection to your order, you can track your delivery at any time and/or raise a claim on the Route apps (iOS, Android) or via the Route website if it has been lost, stolen or damaged.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. We recommend checking this carefully to make sure the correct items have been ordered. You have the right to cancel the order up to the point of dispatch. Please notify us within six hours of order time to ensure cancellation, including details of your order together with the reference code. We will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm the cancellation, and any payments made by you will be refunded within 14 days.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, Confitex is classified as an underwear product and as such, for hygiene reasons Confitex cannot offer returns or refunds if the protective hygiene sticker has been removed and/or reattached. Customers are strongly advised to check suitability and specifications of products before ordering.
In instances where Confitex agrees to exchange the product for another available style, size or absorbency, then with prior agreement the product needs to be returned to Confitex's warehouse (at the Customer’s cost) in its original pristine condition together with the packaging and label within 30 days of delivery of your order.

In instances where, from time to time, products are offered on sale or at discounted prices, all products are final sale and may not be exchanged, returned or refunded for any reason.
