HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

We've made our online purchase process as simple as possible. Once you've found what you're looking for, choose the colour, size, quantity and absorbency level you require. Then add your chosen product to your basket.

When you have finished browsing, navigate to your basket by clicking the icon in the top right hand corner. Choose the shipping option you prefer, fill in your contact details and then your delivery address.

Shopped with us before? Use your email address and password to log in to your account. New customers will need to create an account to complete a purchase, but don't worry, we won't pass your details along to any third parties without your permission.

Then, just fill in your payment details, review your order (make sure your details are correct to avoid delays in delivery) and confirm. We'll send you a confirmation email for your order once your order is complete.

WHICH SIZE DO I NEED?

Take a look at our handy product guide to help you find the correct size. All you need is a tape measure. If you still have concerns, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

WHICH ABSORBENCY DO I NEED?

We currently stock light and moderate absorbency - light is suitable for up to 25ml leakage per day and moderate 200ml per day. Please click here for our absorbency guide.

HOW DOES CONFITEX UNDERWEAR WORK?

Confitex underwear uses innovative technology with an in-built layer to absorb moisture meaning that there is no need for pads and will last you for the whole day. For more information please refer to our 3 layer technology here.

CAN I WEAR A PAD WITH MY CONFITEX UNDERWEAR?

We would advise against using pads with our underwear as this is designed to negate the need for pads.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS?

We will gladly offer an exchange or a refund for faulty items, or if we accidentally send you the wrong items. Due to the nature of the products, we unfortunately can't refund or replace worn or unpackaged items. Please see our returns policy here.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?

Don't worry. Just go to the My Account page and click 'Forgotten Password'. Enter the email address you used to register with us and we'll email you with instructions.

WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT OR PROMO CODE?

Please add your discount code to the bottom of your shopping basket before checkout.

HOW WILL YOU LOOK AFTER MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We won't do anything with your personal information that you don't ask us to. We store information like your name, address and contact details on our internal systems to verify you as a Confitex customer. We will never store any of your payment information.
